Submission of proposals
Please submit your proposals by email to the editors, Professor Tang Hang Wu (hwtang [at] smu.edu.sg), Associate Professor Yip Man (manyip [at] smu.edu.sg) and Associate Professor Andrew Godwin (a.godwin [at] unimelb.edu.au). Manuscript / sample chapters should be supplied to us as an email attachment.
If you are submitting your proposal to more than one publisher simultaneously, this must be disclosed in your submission.
Two-stage review process
All book proposals submitted to this series will initially be evaluated in-house to determine their “fit” with the book series, commercial viability and quality and whether they should proceed to review.
Suitable book proposals will then undergo a two-stage review process. First, they will be anonymised and subject to a rigorous blind peer review process by leading scholars in the field. Secondly, they will be reviewed by the Commissioning Panel of the Singapore Academy of Law.
We endeavour to complete our review process in a timely manner. We will keep authors informed of the progress.
We are happy to discuss new ideas or potential submissions with prospective authors. Please contact the editors, Professor Tang Hang Wu (hwtang [at] smu.edu.sg), Associate Professor Yip Man (manyip [at] smu.edu.sg) and Associate Professor Andrew Godwin (a.godwin [at] unimelb.edu.au).
