The Chicago-SMU-Cambridge Global Initiative on Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency is led by Prof. Anthony Casey (University of Chicago Law School), Prof. Aurelio Gurrea-Martínez (Singapore Management University) and Prof. Felix Steffek (University of Cambridge). Other people involve in the initiative include the distinguished faculty members of the University of Chicago Law School, the University of Cambridge and Singapore Management University, as well as prominent insolvency scholars, practitioners, judges and policymakers from around the world.
