Chicago-SMU-Cambridge Initiative: Mission

MISSION

The Chicago-SMU-Cambridge Global Initiative on Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency is an initiative jointly launched by the University of Chicago’s Center on Law and Finance, the Singapore Management University’s Singapore Global Restructuring Initiative, and the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law with the purpose of facilitating academic and policy discussions that can lead to the improvement of insolvency systems around the world.
