Research Projects
The Sustainable Development and Commerce Initiative supports a number of research projects on complex sustainability issues that are helmed by SMU faculty and that involve collaborators from across the globe. The findings and output from these projects are intended to advance knowledge in theoretical, normative and comparative fashion. They also seek to achieve practical impact through their dissemination in public fora and in legal education.
