Baker McKenzie.Wong & Leow, a top law firm in Singapore, and the SMU Centre for Commercial Law in Asia have established a research collaboration on Sustainability and Commercial Law in Asia.
This industry-academia collaboration sees experts from diverse fields and backgrounds come together to deliver a series of seminars as well as various faculty-led research projects at the juncture of sustainability and commercial law in Asia. Together, the unique blend of public education and research output provides a positive feedback loop to disseminate knowledge aimed at helping regulators, legal practitioners and business leaders develop a deeper understanding of law and ESG issues in the Asia-Pacific region.
